Metalworking: steels, alloys and non-ferrous materials

Our production department is equipped to work a wide range of metal materials, from thick structural steels to light aluminum alloys. Thanks to the diversification of our internal departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, blanking, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional precision.

This multifaceted expertise allows us to be a flexible partner for complex supplies, which require different materials within the same order.

materials

Carbon and structural steels

Standard carbon steels (such as S235JR) and high-strength steels (such as S355J2) form the basis of many of our metal fabrication operations.

Optimized Technologies

Welding

Welding on these materials is carried out by operators qualified according to ISO 9606-1, essential for the production of components intended for prefabrication, earthmoving, and infrastructure.

materials

Stainless steels (Inox)

We work with 300 series stainless steels (AISI 304, AISI 316), widely used in the food, chemical and architectural sectors.

Thermal Protection
The waterjet cutting is preferred for high thicknesses of stainless steel, because it avoids any thermal alteration (HAZ), preserving the aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance.

This process does not alter the mechanical characteristics of the material, since it does not generate overheating and therefore avoids phenomena of thermal expansion that could compromise the stability of the component.

Surface Finishes
We manage the following processes in-house:

materials

Aluminum and light alloys

Aluminum is essential for applications where lightness, rigidity, and production speed are needed, such as the packaging and transport sector.

Main Processes

Geometric Tolerances
Given the material's natural expansion, we adopt specific strategies to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency across serial batches.

materials

Special and non-ferrous metals

The versatility of our technologies allows us to work even with less common metals or technical alloys.
