Process and product certifications: the guarantee of quality

Quality is not a secondary objective, but an essential pillar of our corporate identity. The certifications obtained testify to our constant commitment to maintaining rigorous processes and ensuring components that comply with the highest international standards.

We adopt certified management systems to ensure not only the mechanical validity of the product, but also a traceable, controlled and fully compliant production process.

EN 1090-1:2009: CE marking for structural components

We are certified according to EN 1090-1:2009, an essential standard for the production and marketing of steel and aluminium structural components intended for the European market.

The Technical Standards for Construction (NTC 2018 – par. 4.2 “Steel structures”) define the requirements for the execution of steel structures, in order to ensure adequate levels of mechanical resistance, stability, efficiency and durability.
In this context, compliance with UNI EN 1090-2 represents a fundamental technical reference for the execution of steel structures.

This certification makes it possible to ensure:

CE marking
Issuance of the Declaration of Performance (DOP) and CE marking on structural components, making them suitable for marketing and use in Italy and in the countries of the European Union.

Structural safety
Compliance of cutting, assembly and welding processes with the requirements set by regulations for construction, infrastructure and systems, ensuring the creation of safe structural elements.

Customer benefit: reliability and access to the market

The combination of ISO 9001 and EN 1090-1 guarantees the customer full reliability of the process and the product:

Through conformity assessment, it is possible to meet specific qualitative requirements required by regulations and technical specifications.

Only companies holding EN 1090-1 (requirements), EN 1090-2 (steel) and EN 1090-3 (aluminum) certifications can certify and place compliant structural components on the market, including those intended for complex structures and seismic applications.

Technical documentation, including inspection certificates according to EN 10204, ensures material compliance and allows the acceptance of components on site.
