Blanking is a fundamental cold mechanical process for obtaining straight semi-finished products in very short times. Through high-power hydraulic shears, this process represents the fastest and most economical solution for preparing sheet metal, eliminating the typical costs of thermal technologies and guaranteeing a clean and consistent cut.

The Bernazzoli blanking department is organized to handle both prototypes and large production batches, ensuring operational continuity and a workflow integrated with bending, metal fabrication and machine tools.

Our production department is equipped to process a wide range of metal materials, from thick structural steels to lightweight aluminum alloys. Thanks to the diversification of our in-house departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, punching, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.
