The geometric quality of the sheet metal is an essential requirement before subsequent industrial processing. Flatness, dimensional stability and material precision directly affect cutting, punching, bending and assembly.

Bernazzoli offers dedicated solutions both for coil flattening, to obtain strips and cut-to-size sheets ready for production, and for straightening deformed components, carried out with a high-capacity hydraulic press.

The aim is to supply materials and semi-finished products that comply with the required tolerances, ready for subsequent processing.

Our production department is equipped to process a wide range of metal materials, from thick structural steels to lightweight aluminum alloys. Thanks to the diversification of our in-house departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, punching, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

Leveling line for coils for strips and cut-to-size sheets

Our leveling line includes a longitudinal and transverse cutting unit, designed to process metal coils and obtain strips, bands, and sheets of the desired length.

We mainly process:

Galvanized coils from 15/10 to 30/10
Pre-painted BG coils from 6/10 to 15/10
Diamond-plate aluminum coils 2+2 and 3+2

This processing makes it possible to transform the coil into material ready for in-house production departments or for third-party supply.

Flattening and straightening

SICMI PMM 200 hydraulic press for precision straightening

To correct deformed parts, we use a SICMI PMM 200 press, equipped with a hydraulic moving frame.

The machine is ideal for straightening sheet metal and metal components that have undergone deformations during machining.

Main features:

Pressure capacity: 200 tons
Hydraulic cylinder stroke: 500 mm
Longitudinal movement of the upper frame
Transverse movement of the cylinder to reach every point of the part

This configuration makes it possible to work on the component without moving it from the workbench.
