Building Prefabrication
Geometric precision and EN 1090-1 compliance
The metal components for modular construction must meet strict structural requirements. For this reason we operate according to the standard EN 1090-1, in compliance with the references of NTC 2018, essential for CE marking of load-bearing steel and aluminum components.
DOP and performance documentation For structural products, the DOP – Declaration of Performance is issued, a mandatory document that links CE marking to the declared performance of the product.

Building Prefabrication
Tight assembly tolerances Modular construction requires every hole, plate, or profile to fit together perfectly. CNC bending and milling ensure precision and repeatability, reducing time and errors on site.
Thin sheet handling To optimize the overall weight of the modules, we process thin sheets using fiber laser cutting, achieving clean profiles and complex geometries without deformation.

Type of supplies for modular construction
We supply the essential elements that make up the basic structure of modular buildings, even non-prefabricated ones, with documentation consistent with the required specifications.
Supplied Component | Main Function | Critical Processes |
|---|---|---|
Load-bearing frames / profiles for bases and roofs | Basic structure of the modules | Supply of only structural elements, with flatness control and preparation for assembly |
Reinforcement profiles / columns / purlins | Internal support and stiffening of the panels | Precision CNC bending and shearing |
Structural connection between modules | CNC drilling with tight tolerances for bolting |
We work with S220GD + Z according to UNI EN 10346, as well as structural steels such as S235 and S355, which for these applications must be galvanized or painted. The steels used must also be suitable for hot-dip galvanizing processes when required by the production cycle.
For steel structures, the treatment may include cold galvanizing before welding or hot-dip galvanizing after welding; alternatively, the component may be painted, depending on the specific application.

The possibility of managing parallel batches of steelwork and mechanical details allows us to meet the tight timelines typical of the sector.
