Fiber laser cutting
Fiber laser systems: LVD Phoenix FL 4020 and PUMA 4020
The department is equipped with LVD fiber laser systems designed to ensure production continuity, precision and operational flexibility.
LVD PHOENIX FL 4020
High-performance system for intensive and continuous machining:
4000 × 2000 mm working area
Automatic double pallet for loading/unloading in masked time
Rigid structure to eliminate vibrations
High cutting quality even on complex geometries
The system is designed to maintain constant performance even during prolonged operations, ensuring production continuity and reducing waste.
LVD PUMA 4020
New-generation machine that expands the department's production capacity
High efficiency and reduced processing costs
Dynamic cutting on steels and non-ferrous metals (copper, brass)
Cutting head with automatic focus adjustment
Designed structure to ensure precision even at high accelerations
Ready for Smart Factory – Industry 5.0
In other words: more flexibility, more capacity, fewer bottlenecks.

Reference materials and thicknesses
The fiber laser technology allows efficient processing of both traditional steels and reflective metals, overcoming the limits of previous CO₂ systems.
Material | Max Workable Thickness |
|---|---|
Carbon Steel | 20 mm |
Stainless Steel | up to 10–12 mm (operating limit) |
Non-Ferrous Metals | Aluminum, titanium, copper, brass at low thicknesses; for greater thicknesses, waterjet or commercially available plates are used |
The quality of the edge facilitates subsequent processing such as bending, welding and mechanical finishing.
