The fiber laser cutting department is one of the cornerstones of the entire production process Bernazzoli. The use of state-of-the-art fiber technology ensures high speeds, operational stability and consistent cutting quality even on large batches.

Thanks to the machine fleet made up of multiple interconnected systems, we handle processing on steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals with fast delivery times and complete control of production flows.

We operate as laser service for companies in Parma and nationwide, carrying out sheet metal cutting up to 4000 × 2000 mm with geometric precision and guaranteed repeatability.

Our production department is equipped to process a wide range of metal materials, from thick structural steels to lightweight aluminum alloys. Thanks to the diversification of our in-house departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, punching, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

In particular, the new LVD PUMA 4020 system is designed to operate in an Industry 5.0 perspective, with direct integration with factory digital systems and continuous data exchange.
