Serial production – Our folding technologies and the CNC centers ensure consistent repeatability even on large batches. The solutions adopted allow quick tool changes and optimization of setup times, proving particularly efficient even on small and medium-sized batches.
Dimensional accuracy – Guides, conveyors and mechanisms require tight tolerances to ensure smooth movement and zero interference.
Material optimization – We work aluminum alloys and thin steels for high-speed components, cut with fiber laser or punched to reduce cycle times.
