Numerical control bending is the cold deformation process that turns sheet metal into a three-dimensional element ready for assembly. The Bernazzoli bending department is structured to cover a wide range of production needs, from non-standard structural fabrication to serial production with tight tolerances.

Thanks to the diversification of our in-house departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, punching, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

The GASPARINI PSG 400, with 400 tons over 6 meters, enables bending of thick sheet metal while maintaining geometric continuity over the entire length.

All systems are equipped with hydraulic crowning, which automatically corrects the deflection of the beam and ensures uniform angles even on the longest profiles.

  • Rolling: production of shells, cones and cylinders from sheets up to 15 mm
