Welding processes and personnel qualifications
The quality of joints is a crucial element in metal fabrication. For this reason, we work exclusively with qualified welders and certified procedures.
Welding procedures (WPS – Welding Procedure Specification) define in detail parameters, materials and operating techniques for each specific task, ensuring quality and repeatability of the process.
The qualification of procedures takes place through WPQR (Welding Procedure Qualification Record), which certifies the validity of the process according to tests and regulatory inspections.
Certification operators
All our welders are qualified according to the standard ISO 9606-1, an essential requirement for structural applications and components intended for harsh environments or high mechanical stress.
The qualification of welding processes and the certification of welders ensure that every operation complies with recognized regulatory standards, including UNI EN ISO 15614-1.
Available welding methods
TIG welding (GTAW)
Ideal for stainless steel, aluminum and thin-gauge work that requires precision, cleanliness and high aesthetic quality.MIG/MAG welding (GMAW)
Fast, high-performance solution for structural fabrication on medium-to-thick sections, frames, supports and components designed for heavy loads.
Metalwork
Applications and structural components
Our steelwork department is designed to meet the needs of the most technical sectors, where reliability, strength and weld quality are non-negotiable.
Application Sector | Type of Components Manufactured |
|---|---|
Earthmoving Machinery | Frames, brackets, structural supports, heavy-thickness components. |
Components for rolling stock, brackets, frames, certified technical supports. | |
Pipelines / Oil & Gas | Structural components for installation, handling and pipe support. |
Industrial Plant Engineering | Metal structures, bases, steelwork for plants and tanks. |
Our specialization in welding heavy thicknesses — often pre-machined via Waterjet, Laser or CNC Milling — allows us to handle highly engineered orders, reducing errors and ensuring repeatability over time.
