Handling large thicknesses and dimensions
The needs of the heavy industry require equipment and processes developed to handle non-standard sizes and thicknesses.
Large-format bending
With the GASPARINI PSG 400 (400 tons) press brake, we are able to bend sheets up to 7000 mm. Perfect for structural frames and components of pipe-laying and earthmoving machines.
Cutting for high thicknesses
We perform blanking up to 25 mm and use waterjet cutting for even greater thicknesses, obtaining clean edges already prepared for welding.
High-strength metal processing
We work heavy structural steels (S355, wear-resistant steels and high-yield steels), ensuring geometric stability and high mechanical performance even on large components.

Certified welding and critical components
The welding phase is essential in heavy steelwork, because it determines the strength and operational safety of the component.
We operate with qualified welding procedures (WPS – Welding Procedure Specification), developed to ensure process control and repeatability of the operations.
Our welders hold qualification certifications and operate according to validated procedures in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1:2012, the normative reference for the qualification of welding procedures.

The joints are entrusted to certified operators to weld thick sections and components intended for extreme loads.

We produce parts and equipment for pipe-laying machinery, as well as components for port, mining, and agricultural sectors, where wear, abrasion, and continuous mechanical stress are constant operating conditions.

Types of supplies and materials
We work with materials such as S355 and S355 J2, wear-resistant steels and structural steels with high yield strength, selected to withstand vibrations, abrasion and continuous mechanical deformation.
In particular, S355 J2 offers better properties of toughness and impact behavior, making it ideal for components subject to impacts, torsion and dynamic loads.
