The Machine Tool Department is dedicated to the production of precision mechanical components through chip-removal processes.

This division completes the entire Bernazzoli production chain, working alongside the cutting, bending and metalwork departments to provide the customer with a finished product, ready for assembly, without relying on external suppliers.

The use of CNC machinery and conventional equipment makes it possible to guarantee tight tolerances, high repeatability and surface finishes suitable for the most demanding sectors: hydraulics, rail, industrial handling and automation.

Our production department is equipped to process a wide range of metal materials, from thick structural steels to lightweight aluminum alloys. Thanks to the diversification of our in-house departments and the availability of multiple technologies (fiber laser cutting, waterjet, punching, CNC bending), we can choose the most suitable process for each material, preserving its mechanical properties and ensuring maximum dimensional accuracy.

Specializations: milling and turning

The department is structured in two complementary areas, each equipped with dedicated machinery and specialized operators.

CNC milling: machining complex shapes

The CNC machining centers — including DOOSAN VCF 850LSR and DNM 6700 — allow the handling of medium and large-sized parts, ensuring:

  • complex three-dimensional machining

  • surfaces, grooves, seats and tolerance profiles

  • high stability and precision even on structural components

Turning: CNC and traditional machining

The turning is dedicated to the production of high-precision rotating parts.

The operations are carried out using:

  • PUMA 300L CNC lathes (diameters up to 400 mm)

  • manual parallel lathes, used for shafts and long parts

This combination makes it possible to handle both high-precision, repeatable machining and more flexible operations on large components or specialized machining.

Ideal for flanges, bushings, pins, sleeves, and hydraulic components.
